Sharon Reese Dalenberg, President & CEO

As President, CEO and Owner of CTL Global, Inc., Sharon lends more than 30 years of expertise and leadership to the day-to-day operations of CTL. Sharon provides clear insight and vision with incomparable energy, imparting an entrepreneurial spirit that encourages creativity, collaboration and a can-do attitude. Her guidance and commitment to customer service sets CTL Global apart from other companies and has established CTL as one of the country's foremost logistics, transportation and technology solutions providers.

In addition to her daily responsibilities, Sharon is extremely active in the business community. She has published articles on management, employment law and sexual harassment and performs executive coaching to top teams of major corporations, specializing in business development, liability strategies and mentoring programs. Sharon is also the owner of Abbott Smith Associates, an executive recruiting firm specializing in human resources, training and organizational development.

Sharon is a member of key industry and professional associations including the American Bar Association and the Illinois Chamber of Commerce. She is active in logistics and transportation industry associations, including the Messenger Courier Association of America, Express Carriers Association, National Association for Retail Marketing Services and Promotional Marketing Association. She has served as a member of the Board of Directors for TCF Bank, Standard Federal Bank for Savings, D & N Bank of Michigan, Northern Illinois Business Association and Red Crown Marketing Company. She currently sits on the Board of Republic Bank and is a trustee of Elmhurst College. Sharon received her Bachelor’s of Arts degree from Purdue University and her J.D. from DePaul University.


  Mark Skowron, Director of Transportation Operations

Optimizing operational efficiencies at CTL Global is essential to our success. As leader of Continental Transportation Solutions, Mark is responsible for the routing, dispatch, material handling, scheduling and customer assistance for our high volume distribution operations fleet. His dedication and organization drive our business success.

Mark is a 20 year veteran of CTL Global and attended the University of Illinois.

Mark's hands-on approach to management and can-do attitude fosters productive employee relationships and creates a work environment in which we can all thrive. He is always willing to make the extra effort to achieve winning results, and his passion is contagious.


  Alex O'Dell, Director of Professional Services

Alex is responsible for propelling our business forward from a technology aspect, including end-to-end management of systems integration projects, both internally and externally. He oversees software development efforts for internal product development and client consultative engagements, delivering value through innovative, process-driven solutions.

Prior to joining CTL Global in 2007, Alex spent 8 years architecting, developing and implementing software-based solutions for a range of clients in e-commerce, manufacturing, finance, banking and human resources. He holds a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from the University of Notre Dame and is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer.

Thoughtful analysis, creative problem solving and flexibility are key elements of Alex's approach to CTL Global's technology client needs.


  Michelle Keske, Vice President of Logistics Operations

Michelle is a proven leader who wears many hats. With nearly 15 years of experience in logistics management, she is adept and comfortable at navigating through a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. Michelle is responsible for our entire logistics operations and leads the logistics team in providing our clients with unsurpassed service and creative solutions tailored to their needs. As a member of our executive management team, she oversees the development of systems and quality processes that drive the success of Continental Logistics Solutions.

Prior to joining CTL Global, Michelle was Director of Educational Services at The Northern Illinois Business Association and attended the University of Illinois, Chicago.

In addition to leading our logistics business, Michelle is a sponsor for the Chicagoland ATHENA Awards, a programs committee member for Women in Management, Inc., and a major sponsor for Supersibs, a cancer support organization for children and siblings.


  Kit Moss, Executive Director of Strategic Alliances

As Executive Director of Strategic Alliances for CTL Global, Kit has brought a wealth of experience and knowledge to Continental Logistics Solutions. Kit founded and led several companies in the logistics industry, including Kit Moss Productions, a marketing company specializing in the deployment of trained demonstrators and specialists executing local and national in-store events. Under her leadership, the company pioneered the quality standards and benchmarks that the entire industry employs today.

Kit also served as the first Chairwoman of the National Association for Retail Marketing Services and started her career with Jewel Food Companies as a buyer/merchandiser. She earned a B.A. in Education from Central Michigan University and an M.B.A. from Harvard.

As Director of Strategic Business Alliances for CTL, Kit’s mission is to utilize her innovative business approaches to identify opportunities for clients and prospective clients to grow their businesses.


  Steve Johnson, Director of Compliance and Assets

Steve ensures our operations run smoothly every day. With over 20 years of experience at CTL, Steve has grown with our organization, supporting our business processes and systems. Being a "Jack of all trades" and a telecommunications and information systems professional, he has contributed to the growth of our transportation, logistics and technology businesses.

Steve oversees all assets for CTL Global from physical items such as our expansive fleet of vehicles to our information technology infrastructure. Steve holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry Institute of Technology.


  Mat Kresz, Director of Technology Solutions

Influenced by his entrepreneurial background, Mat recognizes the importance of anticipating customer needs and developing strategic solutions to meet them.

In his role as leader of Continental Technology Solutions, Mat defines the core offerings of the business, including Voice-of-Customer, e-commerce, Training and Compliance, Business Automation, Mobile Tools and Private Cloud services.

His passion for innovation, combined with his ability to spot emerging trends has enabled development of business solutions, including a sophisticated customer-facing support tool for field operations personnel.

Mat has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois, Chicago.


  Josh Miller, Director of Sales and Marketing

As leader of the CTL Global sales and marketing operations, Josh is responsible for new business development, including sales, marketing and especially the development and execution of future growth strategies in all three business units. Since 2007, Josh and his team have achieved an impressive 30% annual growth rate.

Josh has introduced more sophisticated sales, account and customer relationship management techniques and measurement tools that have accelerated the success of CTL Global and achieved high levels of client satisfaction. Josh also led the company- wide efforts to rebrand CTL Global in 2010.

Josh holds a B.S. degree in Management from Purdue University. He is actively involved with many leading logistics, transportation and marketing organizations, including the Promotional Marketing Association, the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals, the Messenger Courier Association of America, the Express Carriers Association and the National Association for Retail Marketing Services.

In his spare time, Josh is a big supporter of Purdue athletics, including the John Purdue Club, which provides educational support for scholar-athletes. He participates in fundraising events for the Muscular Dystrophy Association and works with Habitat For Humanity.


  Tom Nicholson, Sales and Customer Relations Manager - Continental Transportation Solutions

Before joining CTL Global in 1996, Tom spent 5 years at one of our most valued clients. It's only fitting that he now heads up our client relations team. Internally, Tom works closely with the transportation operations group to ensure delivery of exceptional customer service. With over 25 years experience in the courier and overnight delivery business, Tom is a true expert in customer relationship management and creative problem solving. From billing to IT, Tom goes beyond to understand every aspect of a client's business so that CTL Global can deliver unsurpassed levels of service.

Tom holds a B.A. degree in Economics from the University of Illinois.


  KL Robertson Daly, Director of Research and Business Development

KL supports the new business development initiatives for Continental Logistics Solutions. She is a uniquely qualified resource for CTL Global, given her work and industry connections. As Co-Chair of the Chicago Chapter of the Promotional Marketing Association (PMA) and membership in the American Marketing Association, her friendships and business connections facilitate CTL’s business growth efforts.

Prior to CTL Global, KL worked in the medical equipment healthcare field for Royal Phillips Electronics of the Netherlands, managing key accounts like the American Red Cross and VA Hospitals.

KL is involved in many worthy causes and has received well-deserved recognition. Based on her expertise in integrated promotional marketing, she serves as a judge for the REGGIE Awards and the International GLOBES Awards. She is Board President for the Illinois Scholarship Association and a founding member of the Athena International Leadership Circle. For her mentoring efforts on behalf of women, the Women in Management, Inc. organization recognized her with their National Women of Achievement, Charlotte Danstrom Award.


  Sujit Vora, Business Development Manager - Continental Logistics and Technology Solutions

Sujit joined CTL Global in 2010, driving sales efforts in both Continental Logistics Solutions and Technology Solutions divisions. As CTL's resident Jack-of-all trades, Sujit is well equipped. He has held sales positions at two logistics firms, Mason Integrated Logistics and Echo Global Logistics and was the Owner/Freight Broker Agent at Vora Technology Group.

Sujit is also a Council Member at Gerson Lehrman Group, a consulting network of thousands of subject matter experts, providing expertise in the field of Supply Chain Management and CRM.

He has a B.S. in Economics from Purdue University.
